We make institutional trust travel with the record.

ANANKE Labs builds trust infrastructure for records that need to remain verifiable after they leave their issuer. Trust and T-CODE combine issuer-bound evidence, integrity controls, and lifecycle management across digital and physical workflows.

Vision

Vision

Truth that remains verifiable years later, across boundaries.

We believe claims should be verified independently by stakeholders without relying on institutional trust, internal timestamps, or “because the issuer says so.” Evidence must remain defensible across time, through system changes, and even if organizations cease to exist.

Mission

Build the foundational trust primitives for verifiable evidence.

We build the systems, primitives, and evidence infrastructure that let institutions create records others can independently verify — across time, organizations, and disputes.

Our thesis: regulatory gravity wells

Digital trust is not a single market, it is a stack of distinct domains, each governed by its own economic logic, regulatory pressure, and execution constraints. Once a product enters a domain, it inherits its rules, risks, timelines, and liabilities. Mixing these too early creates regulatory exposure without revenue, slow execution, and investor confusion.

ANANKE Labs' strategy explicitly separates products by regulatory gravity, execution speed, and risk profile, allowing each product line to evolve at the appropriate pace while remaining composable through a shared trust foundation.

Low gravity
Trust (SaaS)
Move fast, iterate. Infrastructure layer.
Medium gravity
T-CODE (Applied)
Industry standards, phygital binding.
High gravity
Sign (Regulated)
In development. Regulatory frameworks require deliberate pace.

Operating principles

These aren’t aspirational values, they’re engineering constraints that shape every decision, from architecture to hiring.

Truth over convenience

We build systems where claims are provable, not just stated. Evidence must hold up under dispute, across time and organizational boundaries.

Privacy by architecture

No customer data is shared externally. Minimal disclosure by default. Issuers control what verifiers see.

Evidence beats workflow

We build defensible evidence infrastructure, not document management or collaboration suites. The proof is the product.

Right pace for each domain

Each product evolves at the speed its market allows. Infrastructure products iterate quickly; regulated services move deliberately. We never rush compliance.

Proven over novel

We choose well-understood technology over trendy alternatives. Industry-standard cryptography, established protocols, and auditable processes. No shortcuts.

Secure by default

When in doubt, we deny access. Every system defaults to the most secure state. Clear pass/fail outcomes with no silent failures or weak fallbacks.

Our journey

Building trust infrastructure is a long-term commitment. Here’s where we are.

Milestones

From prototype pivots to early access.

The company did not just rebrand. Each stage tightened the wedge, redefined the system boundary, and moved the venture from exploratory thesis toward a clearer MVP / Research position.

2025Milestone 01

DocTransit | Venture Adventure 8th Edition

Our founding team was selected for Venture Adventure (8th edition) at Al Akhawayn University under the name DocTransit — validating the core idea of verifiable document trust.

2025Milestone 02

Pivot to Tyche Technologies

We moved from DocTransit to Tyche Technologies after pivoting away from a document management system with integrated trust services toward a more focused trust-first architecture.

2026Milestone 03

Tyche Technologies becomes ANANKE Labs

Further mentor sessions, customer interviews, and expert input made the direction clear: the company needed to become a true trust infrastructure platform. ANANKE Labs became the new home for that vision.

2026Milestone 04

MVP implemented

After the switch from Tyche Technologies to ANANKE Labs, we implemented the first MVP of the trust stack — establishing the base for ANANKE Trust, T-CODE, and the move toward production readiness.

2026Milestone 05

Venture Adventure 9th Edition

A second Venture Adventure cycle sharpened the strategy through additional expert discussions, investor conversations, and repeated challenge on execution, wedge selection, and product sequencing.

2026Milestone 06

UM6P Explorer x MIT Sandbox

The Explorer milestone helped us pressure-test the venture with more customer discovery, founder feedback, and commercialization framing while the MVP was being shaped into a production-bound system.

NextMilestone 07

Early access launch

We are preparing an early access launch designed to gather structured feedback, prioritize pilot discussions, and shape the first rollout cohort.
