Verifiable digital records with authenticated issuance and lifecycle control.

ANANKE Trust lets your organization issue digital documents that authorized verifiers with an ANANKE account can confirm are authentic, unchanged, and in their current lifecycle state. Verification takes seconds. No phone calls, no email chains.

The problem we solve

When a record leaves its issuer, receiving organizations often recreate trust through calls, emails, registries, or fragmented point solutions. Those checks can be slow, costly, and incomplete.

Manual
Verification still handled through calls, inboxes, and registrar back-and-forth
Recurring
Staff time repeatedly spent on the same confirmation work
Growing
Document fraud across borders and institutions
Fragmented
Existing tools address only parts of issuer authenticity, integrity, and current status

ANANKE Trust replaces this with fast, independent verification — backed by proof, not promises.

/

A lookup confirms existence. Not integrity, not lifecycle, not issuer identity.

Three common approaches and the specific threat each one leaves open.

Plain QR / URL lookup
Proves

The URL resolves and a page renders

Breaks when

A convincing fake URL on a modified document defeats the check. DNS hijack or a cloned page is undetectable.

Unsigned PDF download
Proves

The file was accessible at download time

Breaks when

No mechanism to detect modifications after download. No way to confirm the file came from the real issuer.

Manual issuer confirmation
Proves

The issuer has a matching record — at the moment of the call

Breaks when

Not scalable, provides no tamper evidence, and the caller cannot verify they reached the real issuer.

What ANANKE Trust does for your organization

Key capabilities that transform how your documents are trusted across organizations and borders.

Prove authenticity instantly

Authorized verifiers with an ANANKE account can confirm that a document is genuine, issued by your organization, and has not been tampered with. Verification takes seconds, not days.

Detect tampering automatically

If someone modifies even a single character in a document after issuance, the system flags it immediately. No manual checks needed.

Track lifecycle changes

Revoked a certificate? Replaced a credential? Verifiers always see the current status — not a stale snapshot from months ago. Suspend, revoke, reactivate, or replace at any time.

Deliver protected documents securely

Recipients receive a cryptographically protected PDF by email. The document carries built-in proof that can be independently verified.

Build a defensible audit trail

Issuance, verification, and status changes are recorded with timestamps and actor context to provide traceability for review.

Issue at institutional scale

Issue single documents ad hoc, use templates for recurring types, or process thousands at once via CSV bulk upload with per-row tracking.

/

What every document proves

When you issue a document through ANANKE Trust, authorized verifiers can confirm all of these through the ANANKE platform.

"This document exists"

Existence

Confirm that a specific document was created at a specific point in time with issuer-backed evidence.

"Nothing has been changed"

Integrity

Detect any modification to the original content, no matter how small. Even a single character change breaks the cryptographic fingerprint.

"We issued this"

Origin

Verify exactly which organization created this document, through the cryptographic protection bound to the issuing entity.

"Here is the chain of events"

Audit trail

Issuance and lifecycle status changes contribute to a traceable record history for operational review.

"This was created at exactly this time"

Timestamp

Issuance timestamps are associated with the record's verification timeline.

"This is still valid" or "This was revoked"

Lifecycle

Check the current lifecycle status online. If a credential was suspended, revoked, replaced, or reactivated, the result reflects the issuer-authoritative state available at verification time.

How it works

Four steps from issuance to verification.

01

Create your documents

Issue a single document, select a template for a recurring type, or upload a CSV for bulk issuance. The Integration Layer and REST API are planned at launch for Business customers.

02

Automatic protection and evidence

ANANKE Trust automatically applies verification protection and optional external evidence. No personal data is published externally.

03

Recipients get their protected PDF

Each recipient receives a protected PDF by email. The document carries built-in verification evidence that can be independently checked.

04

Manage over time

Suspend, revoke, replace, or reactivate the status of any document through the web application. Authorized verifiers see the current state when they check the record, and the lifecycle history remains traceable.

/

How verification works

Authorized verifiers with an ANANKE account can verify documents through the platform. Issuers control what information verifiers see.

Web application

Upload a PDF in the ANANKE web application. Get an instant result with full status and details. Available to authorized verifiers with an approved organizational account.

Mobile app

The ANANKE Mobile app is built primarily for T-CODE scan and verification. It also supports uploading a Trust-issued PDF directly for verification, giving you full flexibility wherever you are.

Integration Layer and REST API

Planned at launch for Business customers. Technical scope is confirmed during early access; public integration documentation is not yet available.

What verifiers see

Verifiers receive a clear, human-readable result — not raw data. The issuer controls which fields are visible.

Authentic and valid, or not — with a clear explanation
Issuer identity
The organization that issued the document, verified independently

Security and data handling

ANANKE Trust is built for organizations that handle sensitive documents. Here is how we protect your data:

Only minimal verification references are shared externally — no document content, no personal data
Protected PDFs are stored in encrypted, organization-isolated infrastructure with industry-standard encryption
Integrity evidence is computed using keys managed outside the product database — never stored in application code
Strict organization isolation: each organization's data, proofs, and configuration are logically isolated
You control what fields verifiers see — verification reveals only what is needed to confirm authenticity
Full audit trail records actions and actors, not document content

ANANKE Trust FAQs

ANANKE Trust generates a cryptographically protected PDF for each document and stores it in encrypted, organization-isolated infrastructure. Integrity evidence and lifecycle state are maintained in the ANANKE trust layer. The protected PDF is delivered to recipients by email.

Authorized verifiers with an ANANKE account can verify documents through the web application or mobile app. The Integration Layer and REST API are planned for Business customers at launch for automated workflows. The issuer controls what information verifiers see.

We store the protected PDF, issuance metadata, lifecycle status, templates, and audit trail entries. All stored data is encrypted and organization-isolated. Only minimal verification references are shared externally — no personal data, no document content.

Typically under a few seconds. Verifiers get a clear result: authentic and current, or not.

Yes. You can suspend, revoke, replace, or reactivate any document through the web application. The updated state is shown during subsequent authorized online verifications.

ANANKE Trust supports single ad-hoc issuance, template-based workflows, and bulk issuance from CSV with per-row tracking. Built for institutional scale.

ANANKE Trust provides verification evidence and lifecycle assurance. ANANKE Sign is a separate product for electronic signatures, currently in development.
